No cancellation of order or refund will be entertained, unless the Product you have ordered is abruptly out of stock or we are unable to fulfill the order for any other reason.
Product warranty : All product purchase from elinkcomputer.com is fully covered with 3 months warranty – 1 to 1 Exchange basis. If a Product is defective, we will replace the Product once the defective Product is returned to us.

The Customers is requested to return any defective Product(s) including both the Product(s) (with packaging) and the delivery slip by a recorded delivery service to the Fulfilment Centre within 3 months (90 Days) of receipt of the Products. Please note the following conditions to this policy:
We will not be responsible for returned Products that are lost or damaged in transit. Proof of postage will not be accepted/deemed as proof of receipt/delivery. You should take reasonable care to ensure that the Products returned to us are not damaged in transit and if appropriate arrange suitable insurance.
